The 2014 Tri-Service Emergency Medicine Conference was held at the Royal Air Force, Linton on Ouse, from 14 October to 16 October 2014. Abstracts were invited from military trainees in emergency medicine, and subjected to standardised assessment and scoring. The authors of the eight highest scoring abstracts were invited to present their abstracts in the final conference session.
The top eight scoring abstracts that were presented in the session are included below. The prize for the best abstract was awarded to Captain Pip Lewis, Royal Army Medical Corps, for her work on intraosseous access.
